Looking directly over the ST Lawrence River this fully equipped cottage offers two master bedrooms with ensuite and two other bedrooms that can be configured to your needs, either as a king bed or two singles. The 3rd full bathroom is conveniently located to serve these 2 bedrooms. The main living area contains a flat screen TV and electric fireplace, and seating. The kitchen area has an electric cooktop, full size fridge, convection microwave, dishwasher and sink. The granite countertop and island offer plenty of room for food prep. Outside is a large deck with private hot-tub, outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. Just steps from the deck is your own outdoor fire-pit area, and only a short walk to the dock area.
